• Provide consultation services to address potential clients interested in PR/Student/Business/Investment Visa for Canada Australia New Zealand and other countries mainly by email telephone and facetoface meetings.
• Give clear and accurate information based on the current immigration & visa laws & policies.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers to provide a worldclass client experience throughout the entire sales journey.
• Identify and resolve client concerns to provide regular followups on enquiries received.
• Keep detailed notes on prospect and client interactions with full and effective use of the firm s CRM system
• Meeting regularly with team leads/Managers to give the sales figures.

• Excellent Communication skills.
• Must have a positive attitude towards work and the team and be confident enough to deal with clients.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills including exercising tact and diplomacy at all times
• Should be a quick learner and be part of the flow.
• Should be willing to take up challenges
• Ability to collect data required to prepare an accurate analysis of the client and offer the most suitable solutions
