Job Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of Post-Award Contract Management Strategies and Scenarios for overall NFXP Onshore delivery management.
- Support NFXP Onshore Project Management in the evaluation and planning related to claims avoidance and commercial management and prepare material required for stakeholders, including in-depth assessments and actionable analysis.
- Conduct Delay Analyses to support Company positioning and development of response strategies to potential or active claims, and develop Contract Entitlement Assessments, laising with Legal and Supply to ensure alignment on assessment outcome.
- Develop Position Papers to drive alignment across stakeholders and provide a unified approach to common claims across EPCs enabling fair treatment and avoiding precedent setting.
