The HR Recruiter plays a crucial role in the organizations talent acquisition process responsible for identifying attracting and evaluating toptier candidates. The role is essential for ensuring the companys recruitment needs are met with the highest quality talent contributing to the overall success and growth of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Source potential candidates using various channels
- Screen resumes and job applications
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods
- Assess candidates relevant knowledge skills soft skills experience and aptitudes
- Maintain effective relationships with candidates through the recruitment process
- Perform reference and background checks
- Facilitate offer process including negotiating salary and benefits
- Ensure all screening hiring and onboarding procedures comply with legal regulations and company policies
- Keep abreast of new trends and best practices in recruitment
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an inhouse recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
- Demonstrable experience with fullcycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Familiarity with HR databases Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
- Mastery of sourcing techniques on social media and professional networks like LinkedIn
- Solid understanding of HR practices and labor legislation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Professional certifications in Human Resources are a plus
