Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
• Source potential candidates using various channels
• Screen resumes and job applications
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods
• Assess candidates relevant knowledge skills soft skills experience and aptitudes
• Maintain effective relationships with candidates through the recruitment process
• Perform reference and background checks
• Facilitate offer process including negotiating salary and benefits
• Ensure all screening hiring and onboarding procedures comply with legal regulations and company policies
• Keep abreast of new trends and best practices in recruitment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
• Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an inhouse recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
• Demonstrable experience with fullcycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
• Familiarity with HR databases Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
• Mastery of sourcing techniques on social media and professional networks like LinkedIn
• Solid understanding of HR practices and labor legislation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Professional certifications in Human Resources are a plus
