Responsible for all aspects of the customer project over the entire project life cycle life (initiate plan execute control close).
Manage customer project from original concept to final implementation and support/maintenance.
Provide technical/functional analysis in identifying evaluating and developing systems and procedures that meet user requirements
Understand capture and communicate business requirements to
Participate in solution discussion with the customer and internally evaluate and propose solution approaches. Ensure that all solutions are fit for use (internal and external needs)
Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases from initial development through implementation
Monitor project progress continuously and provide regular internal and external updates (depending on the project need)
Communicate proactively with all involved personnel (internal and external) to identify problems create solutions and implement efficiency improvements
Main point of contact for customers
Work closely with solution architects to ensure decisions/implementations meet business/customer needs
Work with the test team to define acceptance criteria
