Job Description
Role Overview: As a Commercial Account Executive you will be an integral part of a dynamic and progressive Commercial Team dedicated to providing the highest standard of service to all clients. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of the team while advancing your career within a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of professionalism.
- Manage a portfolio of commercial clients advising them on suitable insurance products and services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurance partners.
- Assist in the growth of the Commercial Team by identifying new business opportunities and contributing to team goals.
- Handle client queries policy renewals and any issues that may arise efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in the insurance industry with a broad knowledge of the market.
- Proven track record of excellent customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Positive energetic and motivated individual who works well in a team environment.
