In this role you will manage a portfolio of High Networth Individual (HNI) clients spearhead new client acquisition and consistently achieve ambitious sales targets.
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop deep client relationships understanding their financial needs and aspirations.
Build trust and loyalty ensuring their satisfaction and longterm partnership with the bank.
Proactively identify and target potential HNI clients within the assigned territory.
Develop compelling value propositions and effectively present them to prospective clients.
Convert leads into clients exceeding acquisition targets and contributing to branch growth.
Set ambitious but achievable sales goals for liabilities assets wealth management products and other relevant offerings.
Implement effective sales strategies and consistently exceed assigned targets.
Desired Candidates Profile:
Minimum 29 years of experience in Retail Banking Wealth Management or a similar role.
Proven record of accomplishment of exceeding sales targets and achieving client satisfaction goals.
Excellent communication interpersonal and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
Indepth knowledge of Indian financial regulations and compliance requirements.
