Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to understand staffing needs and develop sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques including online sourcing networking social media referrals and other creative methods to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Conduct initial screening assessments and interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications skills and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs ensuring a consistent flow of qualified candidates.
- Utilize the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment tools to manage candidate information track sourcing activities and report on key metrics.
- Provide regular updates and feedback to hiring managers on sourcing progress candidate pipeline status and market insights.
- Stay informed about industry trends best practices and emerging technologies in talent acquisition and sourcing.
- Represent the company at industry events job fairs and networking functions to promote our employer brand and attract top talent.
Qualifications:
- A bachelors degree in human resources business administration or a related field is preferred.
- 36 years of experience in talent acquisition recruiting or sourcing roles.
- a proven track record of success in sourcing and attracting candidates across various industries and job functions.
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques including Boolean search social media sourcing and candidate outreach methods.
- Should have experience with nonIT Recruitment (Healthcare pharmacy FMCG is a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage and build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment with a proactive and resultsdriven approach.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools is preferred.
- Certification in sourcing or recruitment (e.g. AIRS LinkedIn Recruiter) is a plus.
