Senior Vice President - Consumer Lending

Premier Placements is currently interviewing for a Senior VicePresident Consumer Lending direct hire opportunity with an established organization headquartered in Fort Worth TX. In this position you will be given the responsibility of leading planning and executing the growth and profitability of the consumer lending credit card and mortgage portfolio while delivering exceptional client and advisor experience. Responsible for leading the way to meeting all regulatory and compliance requirements with effective controls that impact the banks financial reporting and operational soundness. This is an ONSITE POSITION.

• You will be overseeing a team comprised on 2 AVPs (Consumer Loan Underwritting / Consumer Loan Operations and Mortgage) and 2 Associate Managers (Collections / Card Services).

Work Schedule: Monday Friday 8:00am 5:00pm

Salary: $125000 $200000/ year 20% performancebased bonus 15% ESOP

Responsibilities:

• Credit quality of the loan and credit card portfolio through consistent and prudent underwriting
• Continuous improvement of the endtoend loan operations process to include application underwriting funding maintenance annual reviews and collateral management.
• Oversee the selection and implementation of a new loan decisioning platform with enterprise integration automated decisioning tools and streamlined workflow.
• The position is a member of the Enterprise Senior Leadership team (SLT) and active participant in the banks Asset Liability Committee (ALCO) Compliance Committee Allowance for Loan and Lease Losses Committee and Board of Director meetings.

.Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree
• 10 years of consumer loan experience.
• 8 years of leadership experience in the industry.
• 3 years of mortgage and credit card experience.
• Must possess discernment in being able to apply bank policy in all situations while at the same time knowing when an exception might be appropriate.
• Knowledge of banking regulations is required.
• Strong supervisory and coaching skills.
• Automated underwriting experience preferred.
