As a Customer Service Representative you will play a crucial role in providing support to both sellers and buyers on our online ticketing platform. Tasks
- Assist sellers in the sales process (account management) and address buyer inquiries through tickets and other communication channels.
- Provide email and phone support to customers maintaining a balance between productivity and quality.
- Collaborate with other departments as necessary and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Support customers directly at major events worldwide.
- Perform any other tasks as required.
Requirements
- German speaking with EU passport
- Customer Service experience is necessary.
- Fluent in C1C2 English.
- Strong soft skills and the ability to push back when necessary.
- ITminded with proficiency in Microsoft Teams and online systems.
