Product Manager

This is a remote position.

As a Product Manager at our fintech real estate company youll be overseeing people management and sprint planning. Were seeking someone with a strong grasp of product management ideally with mid to seniorlevel experience. This position is remote with the possibility of visiting our office in Bali at some point. DAY TO DAY TASK INCLUDES:

• Ownership of digital products throughout their lifecycle.
  
• Act as the single point of truth between business requirements and development
  
• Provide the vision and leadership necessary to deliver digital products from ideation to operation.
  

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. To work with Business Users in formulating requirements in the form of Product

Requirements Documents (PRDs).

2. To work with UI/UX Designers in formulating actionable screen designs.

3. To work with the Engineering team to deliver the product at the highest quality possible

within scope and timeline.

4. To work with QA to ensure bugfree products.

5. To communicate technical concepts/issues clearly to internal stakeholders.

6. To work with Technical Writers to document the whole process to ensure compliance and

to keep team knowledge.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. 5 years total experience in Product Management for a tech company or product (app).

2. Strong project management skills.

3. Demonstrated success in defining and launching excellent products.

4. Strong customer focus excellent problem solving and analytical skills.

5. Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills.

6. Good command of written English.

7. Please provide a portfolio of products that you have developed before (applications

without a portfolio will not be accepted).

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer, with strong proficiency in both Python and React. Solid understanding of frontend technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and experience with modern frontend frameworks/libraries. Expertise in designing and building RESTful APIs and backend services using Python frameworks like Django or Flask. Familiarity with database management systems, both SQL and NoSQL. Experience working in an Agile development environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams. Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical team members. A portfolio of past projects showcasing your technical skills and contributions is a plus.
