Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage a team of NetSuite consultants to ensure highquality delivery of NetSuite ERP consulting services.
- Oversee all aspects of NetSuite ERP implementations including accounting financial management and other relevant business processes.
- Provide leadership in managing and growing the consulting services business unit with a focus on delivering strong revenue performance.
- Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and ensure that solutions align with their financial and operational goals.
- Develop and execute strategic plans for consulting services including identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Mentor and develop consultants ensuring continuous growth in their technical ss consulting capabilities and clientfacing expertise.
- Act as the primary point of escalation for client issues resolving concerns with timely and effective solutions.
- Monitor team performance metrics and ensure delivery excellence in project management client satisfaction and revenue targets.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in NetSuite implementation consulting with a deep understanding of NetSuite ERP solutions particularly financial modules.
- 3 years of leadership experience within a business unit in a services consulting organization (e.g. auditing financial services or research).
- Proven track record of managing a consulting services team or business unit that delivers strong revenue and client outcomes.
- Extensive experience with NetSuite financials and a strong familiarity with other NetSuite modules including inventory management and manufacturing.
- Demonstrated ability to lead coach and develop highperforming consulting teams.
- Strong project management ss with the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities.
- Excellent communication ss both written and verbal with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a leadership role (istant Manager or higher) in a financial or services consulting organization.
- Proficiency in managing complex projects and solving critical client issues.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to grow a consulting practice.
