Financial Analyst

• Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
• Develop financial models and forecasts to guide strategic planning and budgeting processes.
• Monitor and evaluate financial performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks.
• Prepare and present financial reports and presentations to senior management and stakeholders.
• Conduct industry and market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to support financial planning and analysis efforts.
• Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance and accuracy

• Bachelor s degree in finance accounting economics or related field;
• Master s degree or professional certification (CFA CPA) is a plus.

• 3 years of experience in financial analysis financial planning and analysis or related field.
• Proficiency in financial modeling data analysis and financial reporting.
• Strong understanding of financial principles and concepts including financial statements budgeting and forecasting.
• Excellent analytical problemsolving and critical thinking skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software (e.g. SAP Oracle Hyperion).
• Ability to communicate complex financial information effectively to nonfinancial stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and in a team environment
