Your Responsibilities

• Identify potential risks to the bank through comprehensive research and assessment.
• Evaluate and analyse various risk factors to proactively address emerging risks.
• Evaluate existing risk management processes and programs for effectiveness.
• Modify and enhance the risk management framework to ensure optimal risk control.
• Develop and curate a customised risk management framework aligned with the business lines of Raisin Bank.
• Contribute to strategic development initiatives to elevate our risk controlling practices.
• Apply highlevel analytical skills to gauge and interpret risks accurately.
• Specialise in credit risk controlling and provide expertise in ad hoc analyses.
• Engage in project work related to risk controlling ensuring the successful execution of initiatives.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement new control concepts and enhance risk management strategies.

Your Profile

• 3 to 5 years experience in (credit) risk controlling ICAAP and risk reporting.
• Familiar with European/German banking regulation.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Goalorientation in a straightforward manner and a contagious optimism
• Enjoy working in interdisciplinary teams and understanding broader business issues.
• Desire to get involved in new topics and seeking solutions to complex problems.
• Technical competence and openness.
• Professional communication and presentation skills.
