Our Client is leading African FMCG Multinational looking to expand in UAE market and hence scouting for a Office Manager role for new office in Dubai.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / OBJECTIVES
Supports company operations by maintaining office systems.
Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures controlling
correspondence.
Answers phone calls schedules meetings and supports visitors.
Carries out administrative duties such as filing typing copying binding scanning
etc.
Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative
projects and expediting work results.
Makes travel arrangements for senior staff such as booking flights cars and hotel or
restaurant reservations.
Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone email and mail.
CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION
EXPERIENCE & EXPOSURE
In depth experience of 5 years in office admin operations as an office manager admin or
executive assistant.
Must be a graduate or diploma holder
Proficient with excel skills
Proficient with office software

Must be presentable with good communication skills.
