Responsibilities :
- Manage onboarding of channel partners for key real estate projects in Navi Mumbai fostering strong relationships and maximizing activations.
- Oversee seamless registration application and training processes ensuring certification and commission disbursal.
- Drive alignment of channel partners with company goals motivating them to boost project liquidation and generate site visits.
- Stay updated on real estate market trends gather market intelligence and tailor product features to meet audience requirements.
- Identify and qualify leads through B2B and B2C sales calls utilizing a robust network of channel partners and existing customers. Conduct site meetings organize partner events and consistently expand the channel partner network for increased business acquisition.
- Hold regular engagement meetings to empower channel partners and conduct quarterly reviews for performance assessment.
- Deliver impactful sales presentations to key decisionmakers effectively showcasing property capabilities and service offerings.

- Real Estate Sourcing Experience: 3 year and above particularly in Mumbai Market.
- Must Have: More than 50 active Channel Partners network
- Good interpersonal skills communication and ability to convince the target audience.
- Must Have: Two Wheeler along with a valid license.
- Qualification: Graduation Not Required.
- Languages: English (conversational) Hindi and Marathi will be an added advantage
