• Interact and deal with clients in a professional and courteous manner
• Have a fair understanding of 4 and 5star hotels
• Provide accurate cost estimates and suggest suitable products
• Convince clients and assist in negotiation with hoteliers and suppliers
• Be proactive in handling inbound calls and provide quick responses
• Supervise and manage the team effectively (for Supervisor level)
• Act as an assistant manager and lead the team (for Assistant Manager level)

• For Supervisor level: 35 years of relevant experience
• For Assistant Manager level: 5 years of relevant experience

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of the hotel industry and costing
• Negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Proactive attitude and ability to handle high call volumes
• Leadership and team management skills (for Assistant Manager level)
