About the Role:
GiGaOps Global Solutions is seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to represent our organization in securing empanelment opportunities with various companies. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and presentation skills a strong sales background and the ability to create a lasting positive impression.
Key Responsibilities:
- Presenting & Pitching: Effectively present GiGaOps Global Solutions services to potential clients in various industries to secure empanelments.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers in target companies.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to reach out to potential clients including cold calling email campaigns and inperson meetings.
- Negotiation: Negotiate terms of empanelment and close deals with a clear understanding of client needs and company offerings.
- Market Research: Continuously research and identify new opportunities for empanelments and partnerships.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates to the management team on progress challenges and opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or related field. MBA preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 35 years of experience in business development sales or a similar role.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in other regional languages is a plus.
- Presentation Skills: Strong presentation skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Sales Acumen: Demonstrated success in sales particularly in securing highvalue contracts or empanelments.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and network effectively.
- Body Language & Appearance: Professional demeanor with confident body language and a wellgroomed appearance.
- Technology Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office Suite CRM software and virtual presentation tools.
- Location Flexibility: Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend meetings.
