Overview:
The HR position is crucial in ensuring a positive and productive work environment by managing employee relations overseeing recruitment and implementing HR policies. This role plays a key part in fostering a healthy organizational culture and promoting employee wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead recruitment efforts and manage the entire hiring process from sourcing to onboarding
- Oversee employee relations handle grievances and mediate conflicts
- Implement and monitor performance management processes
- Develop and conduct training and development programs
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal HR policies
- Manage employee benefits and compensation
- Administer the HRIS and maintain accurate employee records
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover trends
- Provide support in disciplinary actions and terminations
- Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and events
- Handle employee inquiries and escalate issues as needed
- Contribute to diversity and inclusion efforts
- Prepare and analyze HR reports and metrics
- Collaborate with management on strategic workforce planning
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in HR roles with increasing responsibility
- Demonstrated knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and industry trends
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Experience in conflict resolution and performance management
- Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office suite
- Certification such as SHRMCP or PHR is a plus
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics
- Detailoriented and meticulous in documentation
