Job Description
Responsibilities:
  • Take end to end ownership of Supertails social brand channels and strategy across Facebook Twitter Instagram LinkedIn YouTube and others including execution of activations from concept to postimplementation analysis.
  • Constantly iterate and maintain the brand personality and social tone of voice to stay relevant to fans and customers. Ensure consistent brand positioning and tone of voice across all platforms.
  • Prepare monthly social media calendars across all platforms.
  • Own growth metrics of social media channels reach impressions engagement rate follower growth etc.
  • Collaborate and maintain close relationships with crossfunctional teams to maximize the impact of social media efforts by ensuring alignment in communications across channels.
  • Find new and exciting ways to engage customers via social media channels to drive awareness conversation and affinity for the Supertails brand and its content.
  • Analyse and report social channel and activation performance to quantify the effectiveness of campaigns and drive scalable learnings.
  • Work closely with the Design Team to ensure creatives are original engaging and appealing.
  • Build a strategy for Quora to establish thought leadership in the category and drive traffic to the website through a group of expert vets and pet behavior consultants.
  • Devise the content strategy for SEO Blogs and ensure high quality expert content to drive engagement through the channel.
Qualifications:
  • 2 years of work experience in Social Media Marketing
  • Ability to articulate ideas and key objectives.
  • Stakeholder and agency management is a must.
  • Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal with stakeholders.
  • You are social media savvy and up to date with the latest trends
