The Implementation Managers job is to oversee and manage postsales activities to ensure the successful deployment and integration of the company s products and services. This role involves working closely with clients and internal teams to coordinate the implementation process address any issues that arise and ensure a smooth transition from sales to operational use. The Implementation Manager will play a critical role in achieving high customer satisfaction and fostering longterm relationships.
Being part of a strategic and customerfocused team the Implementation Manager must have strong project management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders. Key Responsipibilites:
- Leading and managing the implementation process for new clients and projects.
- Coordinating with clients to gather requirements and develop detailed implementation plans.
- Working closely with internal teams including sales product development and support to ensure successful deployment of products and services.
- Monitoring project progress and addressing any issues or challenges that arise during the implementation process.
- Providing training and support to clients to ensure they are fully equipped to use the company s products and services.
- Conducting postimplementation reviews to assess the success of the deployment and identify areas for improvement.
- Managing client expectations and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Documenting and communicating project status risks and issues to stakeholders.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Staying uptodate with industry trends and best practices in implementation management.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in implementation management project management or a related role.
- Proven track record of managing successful product and service deployments.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Experience with project management software and tools.

Qualifications:
- A bachelor s degree in business project management information technology or a related field.
- Certification in project management (PMP PRINCE2 or similar) is a plus.
