• Responsible for drivers NPS.
  
• Responsible for tiering and categorizing drivers.
  
• Designing drivers incentives to increase their lifetime.
  
• Responsible for drivers focus groups to get drivers issues and pain points
  
• Setting Actions helping drivers to improve their performance.
  
• Responsible for creating/implementing drivers engagement Initiatives
  
• Plan organize and execute business development programs
  
• Plan organize and execute partnerships for ILLA Store
  
  
  

Requirements

• 23 years of Experience in BD role
  
• Experience in the automotive section is a plus
  
• Bachelors Degree faculty of commerce English section.
  
• Excellent Analytical Skills.
  
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
  
• Excellent MS Office Skills.
