Job Summary:
As a Recruiter you will be responsible for sourcing screening and selecting qualified candidates for various job positions within the company. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting job analysis and creating job descriptions for open positions.
- Posting job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms.
- Utilizing various sourcing techniques to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates qualifications and fit for the organization.
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers.
- Conducting reference and background checks on potential candidates.
- Providing timely and effective communication to both candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage the endtoend recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Maintaining accurate and uptodate candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
- Collaborating with the HR team to develop and implement recruitment strategies and best practices.
- Participating in job fairs and other recruitment events to promote the company and attract potential candidates.
- Keeping uptodate with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Recruiter with LinkedIn & mass recruiting experience.
- Full proficiency in Arabic and English.
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
