Pressure Test Bay Supervisor - Oilfield Services - KSA

As a Pressure Test Bay Supervisor you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and integrity of pressure equipment. You will be responsible for overseeing the operation of pressure test bays and managing the testing process for equipment operating at pressures up to 22000 psi. Your extensive experience and expertise in this field will be instrumental in maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of pressure testing technicians in our stateoftheart testing bays.
• Coordinate the setup and execution of pressure tests on equipment while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Perform NDT (NonDestructive Testing) when required and ensure NDT Level 2 standards are met.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to interpret and act upon pressure test results.
• Maintain accurate records including test data reports and equipment inspection records.
• Provide guidance and support in the maintenance and calibration of pressure testing equipment.
• Continuously monitor safety procedures and ensure strict adherence by all team members.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Engineering (Bachelors in Engineering preferred).
• Pressure Test & NDT Level 2 Training is preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role or a technical role.
• Handson experience with pressure testing equipment with a proven track record in handling equipment up to 22000 psi.
• Knowledge of relevant safety standards and regulations in the oil and gas industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Detailoriented and able to maintain accurate records.
• Commitment to safety and quality.
