Job Title: Sales Development Executive

Location: Rohini Delhi (Officebased)

Experience: 13 years



We are seeking a dynamic Sales Development Representative to join our team. As an SDR you will play a crucial role in identifying potential customers creating new business opportunities and managing leads through the sales pipeline. Your collaboration with the sales team will contribute to achieving our company s sales objectives. Requirements

  • Responsibilities:


  • 1. Lead Generation:

    • Identify and target potential customers to generate new business opportunities.

    • Utilize various channels for lead generation including inbound leads from different sources.


  • 2. Lead Qualification:

    • Contact and qualify potential customers to assess their suitability for our products/services.

    • Set appointments and follow up on leads to progress them through the sales pipeline.


  • 3. Cold Calling:

    • Initiate and conduct cold calls to potential clients to generate interest and identify sales opportunities.

    • Utilize effective cold calling techniques to overcome objections and establish initial interest.


  • 4. Sales Pipeline Management:

    • Track and report progress towards meeting sales goals.

    • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for reaching sales targets.


  • 5. CRM Utilization:

    • Use customer relationship management (CRM) software with preference for Zoho CRM to manage leads and sales activities.

    • Ensure accurate and timely updates in the CRM system to facilitate effective communication within the team.


  • 6. Market Awareness:

    • Stay uptodate on market trends competition and industry developments.

    • Attend networking events and trade shows to build relationships and generate leads.

  • 7. Reporting:

    • Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management.


Requirements and Skills:

13 years of experience in sales or customer service.

Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software experience with Zoho CRM is a bonus.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients.

Knowledge of effective sales techniques and strategies.

Strong problemsolving and negotiation skills.

Time management and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Flexibility and adaptability to change.

Desire to learn and grow in the sales field.

Bachelor s degree in business or a related field.
