We are currently looking for a Senior FullStack Developer (Technical Lead).Our partner is a SaaS platform that through AI manages sales data and commissions with the goal of making datadriven decisions to achieve good engagement and enhance performance.The Role:

• Being part of an Agile and highly collaborative development team.
• Work on technical designs write code to execute those designs submit and review pull requests and maintain a healthy balance between speed and engineering excellence.
• Ensure that software development best practices are followed.
• Review and provide constructive feedback on the teams code.
• Promote a collaborative and motivating environment.

What we expect from you:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Full Stack developer.
• Experience with Python Django or FastAPI (nice to have).
• Experience with VUE.js.
• Experience in Cloud environments (preferably AWS).
• Experience working in companies with proprietary products.
• English B2.
• Proactivity and autonomy.
• Handson mentoring and teamwork
