About the job
Responsibilities:
.
Providing customer support by attending to customers' requests & inquiries for Import & Export Shipments.
.
Ensure accurate and timely handling of the documentation process for RORO, General Cargo, and Container Shipments, through manifest checking, customers' notifications, amendments, inserting to Asycoda, dealing with releases, etc.
.
Handle the operational aspect of the ISO Tanks & Containers (Import & Export).
.
Handle the delivery orders process.
.
Calculating customers' invoices and receiving payments.
Qualifications:
.
Up to 2 years in Shipping & Logistics.
.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
.
Very Good English Language Skills.
