Recruiting Specialist mfd

Your responsibilities:

• In cooperation with the hiring managers of different departments you will define recruiting needs and find the perfect fit for advertised positions.
• You create and post job offers screen applicationsruninterviews and take care of all administrative tasks around the recruiting process.
• Ensuring a positive candidate experience and being in close contact with the applicants is part of your daily business.
• You observe and analyze your target groups keep up to date with current trends and tools and develop new ideas for enhancing our recruiting and employer branding activities.

You bring along:

• You are an openminded proactive and communicative person who likes to exchange with people inside and outside the company.
• First experience in recruiting or an HR related position is a plus but not mandatory. We will be happy to onboard newcomers to this field and train them everything they need.
• You can structure and prioritize tasks and work in a selfsufficient way yet you can alsowork on projects and tasks together with a team.
• Besides fluency in German you have good English skills written and spoken and are not afraid to use those in your daily work.
• Complex situations dont frighten you and you are able to act self confident also in challenging cases.
