We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Specialist to join our team in Berlin. In this role you will manage the recruitment lifecycle and drive our employer branding efforts to attract top talent. Working closely with our People Operations & Talent Acquisition Manager you will develop and implement strategies that enhance our recruitment processes and position SIDES as an employer of choice.
Core Responsibilities:
- FullCycle Recruitment: Manage the endtoend recruitment process including sourcing interviewing and selecting candidates for various roles across the company.
- Recruitment Strategy: Collaborate with the Talent Manager to develop and execute recruitment strategies that align with SIDES hiring goals and company growth.
- Talent Sourcing: Actively source candidates through multiple channels such as job boards social media professional networks and direct outreach to build a diverse pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Employer Branding: Lead employer branding initiatives including organizing recruitment events managing SIDES presence on social media and working with the marketing team to enhance our reputation as an employer of choice.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience by maintaining timely communication and coordinating an efficient interview process.
- ATS Management: Utilize Personio (via JOIN) to track and manage candidate progress through the recruitment pipeline ensuring an organized and smooth workflow.
- Collaboration & Reporting: Regularly update hiring managers on recruitment progress and challenges provide insights on potential improvements and contribute to recruitment metrics reporting.
- Process Improvement: Continuously ess and refine recruitment processes to support SIDES evolving needs and ensure hiring goals are met.
- Industry Trends: Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in talent acquisition and employer branding.
Your profile
Qualifications:
- Bachelor or Masters degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition and employer branding preferably in tech SaaS or highgrowth environments.
- Proven experience in sourcing candidates via multiple channels and building a strong talent pipeline.
- Familiarity with ATS systems like Personio or similar HR tools with the ability to manage endtoend hiring processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication ss in both German and English with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Pion for employer branding with a track record of creating and executing branding strategies or recruitment marketing campaigns.
- Strong organizational ss with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes concurrently.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a highgrowth tech or SaaS company.
- Prior experience managing hiring processes via Personio and JOIN.
- Knowledge of best practices in recruitment.
