Description: Group Restaurant Manager
The Group Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the operations of 2 high end high volume restaurants within the company. They will develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets ensure excellent customer service is delivered consistently across all restaurants and lead and motivate restaurant managers and staff to maintain high standards. The Group Restaurant Manager will also create and maintain relationships with suppliers vendors and stakeholders monitor and assess the performance and profitability of each restaurant and identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Essential qualifications for this role include proven experience in managing multiple restaurants or outlets a strong knowledge of the hospitality industry and current market trends excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to make quick decisions and problemsolve effectively. Desired experience includes prior experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry experience managing teams and driving performance familiarity with the Dublin restaurant scene and local market experience in implementing marketing and sales strategies understanding of food and beverage trends and customer preferences and experience in budgeting cost control and financial analysis.
