We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team. As the Food and Beverage Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our food and beverage operations ensuring exceptional service and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the daytoday operations of the food and beverage department.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve the department's profitability and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Hire train and supervise staff members including servers bartenders and kitchen staff.
• Create and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
• Collaborate with other departments such as the events team to ensure seamless operations.
• Manage inventory and control costs.
• Plan and coordinate special events and promotions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and implement new ideas to enhance the guest experience.

Essential Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of food and beverage operations and best practices.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations.

Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in food and beverage management.
• Experience in a luxury hotel or resort setting.
