Job Responsibilities

) Manage monitor and coach the Sales Officers & Senior Sales and help them achieve their monthly targets

) Set monthly targets and KPIs for the sales team

) Help corporates achieve the best results and benefit the most from the facilities granted

) Responsible for generating leads and contacting potential customers to prospect for new businesses

) Gaining a clear understanding of the market and customers businesses & requirements

Job Requirements

) years of experience in credit sector (Banking Microfinance or Insurance fields)

) Proven experience as a Team Leader

) Excellent English presentation communication and leadership skills

) Large volume of clients data and connections
