Job Description:

• Coordinate preconstruction activities for earth retention and specialized foundation projects
• Collaborate with design and construction teams to ensure efficient and effective project delivery
• Develop and review project plans, specifications, and cost estimates
• Conduct site visits and surveys to assess project requirements
• Manage the preparation and submission of bid proposals and budgets
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to schedule and budget
• Oversee subcontractors and suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery of materials and services
• Provide technical support and guidance to project team members
• Identify and resolve project issues and conflicts
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to address their needs and concerns

Essential Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in preconstruction management in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of excavation support, jet grouting, landslide stabilization, micropile retaining walls, secant piles, shotcrete, soil mixing, soil nailing, tiebacks, and underpinning
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Desired Experience:

• Experience in the geotechnical or geostructural design and construction industry
• Experience with earth retention systems and specialized foundations
• Experience working on large-scale projects
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field (preferred)
• Professional certifications or licenses (preferred)
