KEY Responsibilities
1. Planning, strategizing overall growth prospect of E-assessment product.
2. Understand product vision and business needs to define product requirements.
3. Recommend the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements; appraising new product ideas and/or product or packaging changes.
4. Recognizing customers' needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information
5. Assesses market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products.
6. xhibiting leaEdership skills in managing cross-functional teams, including academic authors, creative directors and designers, developers and project managers
7. Creative and technical expertise with skills in designing strategies to attract users or viewers resulting in profitability.
8 . Coordination with editorial team for timely execution of planned objectives.

Education Qualification
Any Bachelor/Master Degree holder
Key Set of Skills / EXPERIENCE
Strong technical know-how of the Ed-tech industry
To be responsible for integrating technology into our print offerings to align them with our mission of Learning made Simple
Good IT skills, including knowledge of word processing and design programs
Strong organizational skills & Communications skills
