Responsibilities:
Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and consistently providing value. Act as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure their satisfaction with our products and services.
Track and Record Metrics: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales interactions, opportunities, and activities. Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track and analyze sales metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Meet and Exceed Financial Goals: Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and financial goals as set by the company. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Understand and Keep Up to Date with Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to position our products effectively and services in the market. Provide insights and feedback to the team to adapt to changing market conditions.
Requirements
