Stratus Building Solutions Los Angeles is an established, thriving regional franchisee of the national Stratus Building Solutions brand. Stratus Los Angeles provides commercial cleaning services throughout Southern California, where we offer unit franchises to independent businesses. We provide services such as training in the Stratus cleaning system, marketing, lead generation, sales solicitation, and field and customer liaison, as well as billing, collections, and payment. Our franchisees, in turn, are responsible for delivering top-notch cleaning services to a diverse customer base. Stratus’s customer development is focused on small to medium size businesses. We’re now on a mission to scale our operations and leverage the tremendous growth potential in Orange County.
What You Will Do:
In this dynamic position, you'll be the driving force to expand our existing business in Orange County and become the go-to name for commercial cleaning services in this territory. - Business Growth: Take the lead in expanding Stratus's presence in Orange County by acquiring new customers and franchisees.
- Customer Management: Provide exceptional service and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while actively seeking opportunities to sell additional services, and lead the drive for dramatic growth in new customers.
- Franchise Sales: Leverage your experience and understanding of franchise sales to recruit new franchisees and contribute to the growth of the franchise network.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of dedicated cleaning professionals, ensuring the highest standards of service quality.
- Marketing: Collaborate with the regional office and utilize the resources available to create effective marketing strategies to attract new customers and franchisees.

Requirements:
- Fluent in both English and Spanish.
- Proven experience in franchise sales and understanding of the franchise industry. Janitorial industry experience is very valuable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Goal-oriented and results-driven mindset.
- Valid driver's license and preparedness to spend time traveling around the territory.
- Competitive base salary depending on experience.
- Attractive incentive structure with Estimated On-Target Earnings (OTE) of substantially more, based on performance.
