Pay Rate: $20-$23

Duration - 3 to 6 months

Job Description

Administrative Assistant Specialist must maintain good relationships with the Parker's suppliers/vendors. Must have great communication skills and detail oriented. Must be highly proficient in Excel (will use on a daily basis). Prefer someone with a Supply Chain/Purchasing/Buyer background.

• OSP Arrangement/ PO Issuance- Individual will be responsible in supporting our OSP (outside processing) arrangements to ensure timely material processing and PO issuance.
• Configuration Management Status- Review current state of configuration management changes (ECR, ECO, and EVO's).
• Take direction on which ones are hot and chase them through the process all the way to implementation.
• Approved Supplier List Compliance- Ensure all suppliers have the necessary forms/ documentation on file in our approved supplier database. This includes a quality certification document and a copy of their AS9100 cert.
• As assigned- will probably have them take on a very small number of suppliers to assist with general order placement.
