Contribute as a subject matter expert around applicant tracking systems, candidate sourcing methodologies and recruitment process effectiveness.
Build and optimize client relationships through excellence in recruitment process delivery including sourcing, screening, and assessing candidates, while helping guide hiring managers and candidates through the recruitment process.
Conduct advisory intake sessions using market intelligence and defined sourcing strategy in collaboration with the sourcing team.
Develop and update job adverts and post jobs to appropriate job boards and social media channels
Manage various internal and external recruitment tools not limited to Applicant Tracking System but also social media recruitment system or any AI based tool to ensure greater talent attraction and a quality candidate shortlist/pipeline.
Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
Prepare and extend job offers to candidates following Ericsson compensation guidelines.
Secure all pre boarding activities are in place for new employees in order to become fully integrated
