Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead the preparation of human resource policies for the school (Faculty, support staff, management, students, external vendors) and frameworks (e,g. compensation) and manage its lifecycle including updates to them
spearhead Performance management, Talnet Management, Employee Engagement, Talent Retention
Recruitment: manage the recruitment plans, including writing and posting job announcements for all categories and levels of employees
Handle Traiing & Development- training plans for employees not limiting to teaching faculty but also for non-academic staff to help upskill and aid in continuous human resource development
HR Operations:
Candidate Requirement:
20+ yeasr of experience with a HR degree
Candidates from any industry willing to explore opportunity in Educational Industry
Excellenct communication skills (Verbal & Written)
