Workday Payroll Systems Analyst needs 3+ years in HRIS/HRIT experience
Workday Payroll Systems Analyst requires:
- Must have at least 2 Workday Payroll deployments completed.
- Must be able to setup Earnings, Deductions and Tax configurations.

- Minimum 3 years of HRIT / HRIS experience of Workday
- Must be proficient in Workday EIB Data loading process.
- Must be proficient in Workday Report Writer.
- Workday Pro Payroll Certification or other Workday Certification is also preferable and desired.
- American Payroll association (APA) Certified
- Good communication skills with functional business owners
- Four year degree in HR, Business or IT a plus.
Workday Payroll Systems Analyst duties:
- Responsible for supporting and configuring Workday Payroll and Time Tracking.
- Manage day to day technical challenges and communicate to leadership any risks or issues associated with the technical data loads.
- Assist with the creation and approval of technical EIB requirements documentation; ensure documentation is aligned to the Functional Requirements and use of document templates that meet SDLC testing standards.
- Support Workday Inbound/Outbound integrations for Payroll where needed.
- Manage SDLC modifications to various conversions.
- Help identify and manage dependencies and downstream impacts of projects to minimize adverse effects on the system and business processes.
- Project Manage and create estimations of technical timelines and allocation of the technical resources to specific task.
- Identify opportunities for system reuse and system simplification.
- Communicate with functional business users and technical resources.
