Senior Analyst Business Operations and Finance

About the position

The Senior Analyst will provide administrative, financial, and logistical support to the Global Director, Business Operations and Finance (GDBOF). Also, the position will lead specific projects under the guidance of the GDBOF and will have a strong relationship with all the Finance Leaders of the organization, getting specific information from the different units and ensuring the accurate implementation of the Annual Finance Roadmap, which will be tied to the Business Operations and Finance annual

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the GDBOF daily, including but not limited to organizing agendas, travel arrangements, team meetings, and

Led the Finance Roadmap securing the implementation of different activities by all the Operations and Finance Units to deliver the agreed outcomes and comply with the expected KPIs at the end of the

Oversees the implementation of the activities included in the Finance

Provide strategic support to the GDBOF during the implementation of special projects, taking corrective actions and managing challenges to implement the expected outcomes

Be the liaison between different stakeholders to exchange information between the GDBOF and its different units under Business Operations and Finance, other areas of the Center, Regions, institutions, consultants, and

Assesses service requirements of clients to effectively align deliverables to changing demands and providing quality

Carry out budget monitoring of the cost centers under the responsibility of the

Be the focal point with External Auditors, securing a fluid process during the Annual External

Coordinate and advice different stakeholders related to the Alliance s Travel Policy, including the management of the exceptions, and be the point of contact with the Travel Agency in the Americas

Create and maintain the BOF Roadmap document to ensure improvements in the Business Operations and Finance Unit, and also the accomplishments of objectives and

Qualifications and requirements

Bachelor s degree (Master s preferred) in business administration, finance, economics, accounting, or related

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish (oral and written)

Extended experience in administrative and financial support positions working closely with Director level
