What makes you a strong candidate:
- You are proficient in SEO (Search Engine Optimization) inventory management order processing and Shopify.
- English Conversational.
Responsibilities and more:
- Manage product listings including uploads updates and inventory management.
- Handle order processing tracking and customer inquiries to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Monitor website performance and implement improvements for user experience.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to manage promotions discounts and campaigns.
- Conduct regular audits of the store to ensure accuracy in pricing inventory and product information.
- Generate and yze reports to monitor sales performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Provide customer support via email chat and phone as needed.
- Stay updated on Shopify features and ecommerce trends to enhance store functionality.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of Shopify platform functionalities and features.
- Proficiency in data entry inventory management and order processing.
- Excellent organizational ss and attention to detail.
- Strong communication ss both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and digital marketing strategies is a plus.
- English proficiency is a MUST.
