Required Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proven experience as a sales executive or relevant role
Fast learning speed and a passion for sales
Self-motivated with a results-driven
Minimum 4 years to 5 years of experience working as a Customer Support or Sales Executive, approachable, and a team player with a learning and forward-thinking mindset
Creating delightful customer relationships which include consistent follow-through, setting proper expectations, and advocating for client issues within internal departments
Undergraduates can also apply to
Willing to work 6 days a week
Flexible on shift timings
Rotational shifts with Rotational week offs
Multi-lingual (English, Kannada, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Marathi)
Technical fluency
Experience in using a CRM system to log calls, build contacts, and record information
Experience in using tools such as Ozonetel, Ameyo, Freshdesk, Leadsquared, Onedirect, etc
