Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting end customers via various communication channels including - emails, live chat, social media, and on

  • Identify and assess customers needs to achieve

  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive

  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right

  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure

  • Keep records of customer interactions as per agreed communication guidelines and defined

  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer

  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and

  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial

  • Ensure stock availability for sales and

  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or

Required Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Exemplary people and communications skills

  • Proven experience as a sales executive or relevant role

  • Fast learning speed and a passion for sales

  • Self-motivated with a results-driven

  • Minimum 4 years to 5 years of experience working as a Customer Support or Sales Executive, approachable, and a team player with a learning and forward-thinking mindset

  • Creating delightful customer relationships which include consistent follow-through, setting proper expectations, and advocating for client issues within internal departments

  • Undergraduates can also apply to

  • Willing to work 6 days a week

  • Flexible on shift timings

  • Rotational shifts with Rotational week offs

  • Multi-lingual (English, Kannada, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Marathi)

Technical fluency

  • Experience in using a CRM system to log calls, build contacts, and record information

  • Experience in using tools such as Ozonetel, Ameyo, Freshdesk, Leadsquared, Onedirect, etc
