Job Summary:

Our client is experiencing strong organic growth within Canberra, and is planning to extend their market focus into other Digital61 has 3 primary objectives: (1) to be an Employer of Choice, (2) to be a Provider of Choice to our customers, and (3) to be a Partner of
They are seeking a senior recruitment specialist to help them with the following functions, noting that the role will grow and is likely to require additional support in the near future
Responsibilities:
- Manage the increasing recruitment Historically they have only recruited Australian citizens with Security clearances in order to meet the needs of their primary customers Federal This has meant their primary resource pool has come from within Canberra (ACT). However, they are planning to scale into other Australian regions and focus on commercial Our target commercial customers don t require Security Cleared staff and therefore we can access a broader pool of resource
- Create engaging job descriptions, place and manage job ads in best practice market locations (, LinkedIn, etc)
- Coordinate shortlisting and interview processes
- Provide input into the maturity of a job site and ATS platform that we are
- Phone screen candidates against required skills and the company identified competencies via a range of methods such as application questions/ phone interviews
Requirements
- With at least a total of 5 years experience working as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role, and at least 3 years of recent experience in IT recruitment
- Proven Track record in targeted recruitment and/or sourcing, particularly in IT (MS environment, Cloud Engineers, Hybrid Infrastructure, IT Support, and the like)
- Hands-on experience in recruiting and/or sourcing within the Australian region
- Background in using any applicant tracking system ( Zoho, Bullhorn, Workday, ). Fire flow experience is a plus
- Experience in using different sourcing platforms ( LinkedIn, Indeed, , )
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various sourcing, interview techniques, and evaluation methods
- Exceptional English communication, both written and verbal
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
- BS in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a relevant field
- Must have Fiber Optic internet with at least 25 Mbps bandwidth
- Must have a backup desktop or laptop with the latest OS
- Must be able to work from 6AM-3PM
