Position: Contract & Claim Manager
Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh
About the Company: A Leading Equipment Manufacturing Company
Qualification: Minimum LL.B or any equivalent Law Degree from a well-recognized university.
Experience: 10 – 18 years
Job Responsibilities:

- Draft, Prepare, review and edit contracts related to projectsTo identify and evaluate the risk in the projects under execution.
- Collaborate and render timely and accurate advice & support to projects management / business stakeholders on various contract and claim management and related legal issues in projects.
- Deft at reviewing & drafting of claim and contract management related letters & Documents to contractual parties, other legal documents like affidavits, undertakings, agreements, MoU’s, NDA, etc.
- Ensure the projects contract documents, communications to customers, subcontractors, etc. are accurate and well maintained.
- Coordination and liaisoning with the external lawyers/ law firms engaged to handle project related legal cases for the company and prepare necessary documentation for the ongoing Arbitration and/or court cases in consultation with project management and respective lawyers/law firms
- Regularly maintain, update and present the repository of legal cases to the management of the company
- Coordinate with Management of the company to provide necessary consultation on Project related issues, as may be desired by the company
