(Digital Bank) President Commissioner

• Representing shareholder in monitoring the banks operation
  
• Monitoring the Board of Directors and Commissioner in managing the bank to protect bank, investor, and stakeholders interest
  
• Acting as Chairman (Independent) for Board of Commissioner
  
• Responsible to maintain and monitor the business, partnering with Board of Directors
  

Requirements

• Experience background as Commissioner / BOD of the fintech company or conventional bank in Indonesia is a must
  
• Experience as Chief or Director or Vice President (VP) role at fintech company also preferred
  
• Good English communication
  
• Good track record (good integrity record as senior banker is preferable)
  
• Good health track record
  
• Experience in risk management/audit is an advantage
