JOB MISSION

• Organizing coordinator and controlling company budgeting
• Preparing company forecast cash flow.
• Wholesale unit Company process control & monitoring
• Preparing for bank loan renewal/new loan process data request by bank etc
• Preparing for principal or other departments request.
• Business case scenario feasibility studies
• Commercial Agreement review
• Looking After Financing Support: ie Supply Chain Financing AR Factoring Operating Lease Dealer Financing
• Responsible for preparing Financial Reporting package meeting presentation correct and on time.

Job Scope:

• The main roles of this position is to handle the overall Budgeting & Reporting on time and in control. Renewal Bank loan or got approval for new loan for company expansion. Full filled for the superior principal and other departments request.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITY

• Coordination & preparing for company budgeting and the consolidation including revision.
• Budget ysis. Discuss with CFO for improvement strategic for achieve the result.
• Setting up an automation Financial & Budget Reporting Tools for efficiency & accuracy of Financial Reporting process.
• Control & approve of budget request / PR in the system.
• Review and implement internal process (S.O.P.) with control system.
• Monthly reporting & ysis such as Dash board Margin Report. Expenses (Budget vs. actual
• Any report that request by the principle.
• Direct report to CFO.
  
  Requirements:
  
  • Bachelor of Accounting (S1)
  • Minimum 5 years experience as Consultant / Business yst Business modelling.
  • Knowledge s & attitude needed: Accounting Finance Taxation Budgeting Microsoft Office Accounting Software Package Presentation S ytical Thinking Planning & Organizing & Innovation.
