We are in search of a forwardthinking Data ytics Manager to lead our team in Jakarta. This role is pivotal for someone with a pion for leveraging data to solve complex problems within the Financial Industry particularly in areas such as credit risk collections and fraud. You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of predictive model development from conception to deployment and ongoing maintenance driving our ytics capabilities to new heights.
Job Descriptions:
- Develop predictive models to address credit risk collections fraud and other critical business needs in the Financial Industry.
- Take full ownership of the predictive modeling process including development validation deployment and maintenance.
- Innovate by engineering predictive features from existing data and integrating external data sources to enhance customer profiles.
- Design ytical model frameworks to address business challenges starting from conceptualization.
- Utilize strong communication ss to share insights lead strategic initiatives and align stakeholders with the ytics vision and roadmap.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent in a quantitative field such as Statistics Mathematics Computer Science Engineering etc.
- Minimum of 4 years handson experience in building evaluating and maintaining ML models related to collection risk or consumer credit scoring within financial products.
- At least 2 years of leadership experience guiding teams towards achieving ytical objectives.
- Deep understanding of mathematical and statistical principles underpinning predictive modeling.
- Proficiency in machine learning concepts such as Bagging Boosting Recommendation Engines etc.
- Expertise in creating features from diverse data types and professional experience in machine learning model development.
- Ability to balance model performance with business requirements and to translate data science solutions into business strategies.
- Exceptional communication ss with the capacity to understand and articulate business needs effectively.
- Experience across multiple domains such as Risk ytics Marketing ytics Fraud ytics etc. is highly regarded.
