You will complete a variety of other leadership responsibilities, including:
Using market data, statistics and trends to establish sales goals
Reviewing marketing inadequacies and adjusting plans
Recognizing and rewarding top sales producers
Preparing timely sales forecasts and reports
Tracking and analyzing sales data to find strengths and weaknesses
Managing sales budgets
Developing and implementing sales procedures and policies
Approving and managing large client contracts
Recruiting, hiring and training new employees
Networking with potential business partners and clients
Creating presentations for business partners, corporate executives and shareholders
1. Candidate must be an Indian by nationality
2. Candidate must have experience in biscuit selling business
3. Candidate must have spent eight years in Nigeria.
4. Candidate must have worked in that capacity for 7+ years.
