Tasks
- Supports human resources program implementation within businesses with guidance and training from Senior HRBPs.
- Develops a broad understanding of the full spectrum of HR programs and a working knowledge of the business.
- Works with employee data to provide research materials used for program delivery.
- Collects and analyses employee and other HR data to support the identification of complex issues and assists HR management with solution development.
- Supports business HR by compiling and synthesizing relevant data, and develops reports that meet business needs.
- Utilizes tools and designs solutions to improve effectiveness. Conducts the quantitative and qualitative analyses of financial and workforce data to support HR programs and initiatives.
- Develops a broad understanding of human resources policies, functions, and programs.
Requirements
- First-level university degree recommended or equivalent experience
- 1 -2 years of experience in an HR function or a generalist role
- Excellent written and verbal English skills
- Solid quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
- Strong awareness of core HR Processes (Training & Development, Talent Management, Recruitment, Engagement, Total Rewards)
- Data management experience preferred
- HR policies and processes experience preferred
