RESPONSIBILITIES: Will be the main point person by the General Manager Provides Administrative Assistance Organizing meetings, including, scheduling, sending reminders and proper coordination Managing the executive calendar, making appointments and prioritizing most sensitive matters REQUIREMENTS: Must be bilingual (Fluent in both Mandarin and English) Must be willing to go on a business trip (local and overseas) with the General manager Preferably Male Preferably below 35 years old Knowledgeable on all Microsoft Office Application like MS word, Excel, PPT and other applications.
